Yeah, I thought it was interesting that I was born 200 years to the day after his birthday. (I like round numbers.) Makes me want to learn more about the guy. I’ve read a bunch of stuff his dad wrote, but I’m pretty ignorant about the son.

So, you truly ARE one in five billion?
Actually, Dan, according to this world POPclock, at the moment I am one in 6,527,713,552.
But that only counts those who are living right now, not the 6 billion or so who have lived in this world and already stepped into eternity.
So the best I can figure I am about 1 in 12 billion. Give or take.
As already said on the phone. Have a great remaining birthday … although it is tough to be without the missus on a special day like this.
